Poste fixe à 100%. Gérant d'immeubles Expérimenté \- Côté investisseurs (H/F) Notre client est un acteur majeur de l'immobilier en Suisse, spécialisé dans le développement foncier, la promotion, la réalisation de projets et la gestion d'actifs immobiliers. Il intervient sur des projets résidentiels et commerciaux à l'échelle nationale. Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, il nous mandate pour recruter leur futur(e) Gérant(e) d'Immeubles Expérimenté(e). Missions Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : Gestion autonome d'un portefeuille mixte. Pilotage complet du processus de relocation et des démarches administratives associées. Élaboration et suivi du budget immobilier, reporting et prévisions. Gestion des décomptes de charges, contrôle des factures, encaissement des loyers et suivi des mesures de recouvrement. Supervision de l'entretien des immeubles (en lien avec l'équipe Technique) : analyse de leur état, planification des travaux et maintien de leur valeur dans le respect du budget. Représentation du propriétaire auprès des locataires, autorités et prestataires. Profil du candidat Brevet Fédéral de Gérant d'Immeubles ou équivalent. Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Gérant d'Immeubles en Suisse OBLIGATOIRE. Une expérience en tant que Chef de groupe serait idéale. Très bonnes connaissances du droit du bail. Capacité à travailler en équipe, appréciant le contact avec les personnes (orientation client et sens de la communication), bonne capacité de négociation, esprit d'analyse, bonne gestion du stress, aisance avec les chiffres. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, la pratique de l'allemand est un atout. Nous ne répondrons qu'aux candidatures correspondant aux critères indiqués ci\-dessus.
