Gérant(e) de notre station\-service à Yverdon\-les\-Bains

D’un naturel sociable, vous démarchez régulièrement votre zone d’influence en multipliant les bons contacts nécessaires au développement de votre station\-service. Vous fidélisez votre clientèle par la qualité de votre accueil et de vos services. Vos qualités de meneur vous permettent de motiver et d’emmener votre équipe vers le succès et l’atteinte des objectifs définis. Votre rigueur et votre disponibilité font de vous un exemple. Vous respectez les directives données par Eni Suisse S.A. pour l’ensemble des critères de qualité en suivant un cahier des charges précis. Vous assurez la gestion administrative de votre station.

Vous bénéficiez d’au minimum cinq années d’expérience réussie en tant que gérant d’un commerce de détail au sein d’un réseau. Vous disposez du capital nécessaire au fonds de roulement de votre shop ainsi qu’aux garanties afférentes et détenez un diplôme de cafetier restaurateur.
