Ta mission, si tu l’acceptes

Assurer, sous la supervision du Directeur d’agence, la gestion administrative, locative, technique et financière d’un parc immobilier composé de bâtiments résidentiels, mixtes et commerciaux.

Tes tâches, en un coup d’œil

  • Participer aux conseils que nous donnons aux propriétaires, avec professionnalisme, exactitude et assurance ;
  • Rédiger des baux à loyers solides et irréprochables ;
  • Gérer les résiliations et toutes les démarches administratives associées, avec efficacité ;
  • Créer les annonces, tenir les visites et relouer les objets, comme un metteur en scène. Objectif relocation : 100 % – Objectif vacance : 0 %, parce qu’un bien vide, c’est une offense à tes compétences ;
  • Réaliser les états des lieux d’entrée et de sortie, sans trembler (formation possible) ;
  • Établir et suivre les décomptes finaux avec précision ;
  • Commander et suivre les travaux courants via le logiciel de gérance ;
  • Piloter les travaux extraordinaires (rénovations, transformations, ou autres aventures immobilières) avec le même sérieux et toujours sous la supervision du Directeur d’agence ;
  • Refacturer les travaux aux locataires avec diplomatie et bienveillance ;
  • Gérer les sinistres comme un·e pompier·ère du quotidien : réactif·ve, calme et toujours orienté·e solution ;
  • Rédiger la correspondance, scanner et classer les documents selon les règles internes (et parfois, selon ton instinct, car ici le mot d’ordre c’est « adapter » et non « adopter ») ;
  • Participer à l’administration de nos PPE en assistant l’administrateur/trice, dans le but de varier les plaisirs et d’entretenir ta polyvalence, en ajoutant un petit challenge ;
  • Être le point de contact de tout ce petit monde : locataires, concierges, maîtres d’état, copropriétaires et propriétaires — conforter les positions de nos clients, instaurer la paix dans les relations, enfin, sécuriser le portefeuille.

Ton profil

  • Tu as déjà une belle expérience en gérance immobilière (résidentiel, commercial, ou les deux, d’ailleurs, pourquoi choisir …) ;
  • Les outils digitaux ne te font pas peur : tu cliques, tu gères, tu maîtrises ;
  • Tu es autonome et entreprenant·e, du type à ne pas attendre qu’on te dise qu’une ampoule est grillée pour t’apercevoir qu’il fait nuit ;
  • Tu combines sens du service, rigueur et organisation, tout en restant humain·e, diplomate et plutôt sympa ;
  • Tu parles français couramment (heureusement), et si tu maîtrises une autre langue — surtout l’anglais — That’s applause\-worthy in our book ;
  • Tu es un·e joueur·euse d’équipe, à la fois bienveillant·e, communicatif·ve, organisé·e.
