Le Service des gérances gère et valorise les biens et le patrimoine immobilier de la Ville de Lausanne. Il met en oeuvre la politique du logement en réponse aux besoins actuels et futurs de la population ainsi que la politique communale en matière d'établissements publics. Le Service des gérances se concentre sur la gestion des biens immobiliers de la Ville ainsi que d'entités tierces.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Surveiller l'état des bâtiments et organiser l'ensemble des travaux d'entretien relatifs au portefeuille des objets immobiliers sous gestion

Assurer les crédits d'investissement et les crédits\-cadres

Assurer et diriger l'ensemble des prestations liées à l'engagement des travaux prise directe ou avec les mandataires: définition du programme, avant\-projet, projet définitif, exécution, planification et suivi financier

Effectuer des relevés et des dessins de plans des objets immobiliers ainsi des projets de réaménagement

Participer aux projets d'assainissement énergétique du patrimoine de la Ville

Concevoir et réaliser des projets en respectant les impératifs du développement durable

Profil

Diplôme de technicien\-ne ES en technique des bâtiments, exigé

Minimum 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire

Expérience professionnelle dans la direction de travaux et le Facility Management

Expérience professionnelle dans la réalisation de plans de projet et de dessins techniques

Expérience dans une régie immobilière, un atout

Bonne connaissance des marchés publics

Connaissance du développement durable en lien avec la construction

Intérêt et connaissance du fonctionnement d'une administration publique

Bonnes connaissances des outils MS Office et maîtrise d'Autocad et Revit

Excellent sens de l'organisation et des priorités

Proactivité et orientation résultats

Excellentes compétences de négociation
