Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Persönliche Betreuung der Gäste und Gastgeberfunktion während der Events
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Firmenanlässen, Apéros, Banketten und privaten Feiern
  • Planung und Durchführung von Wein-, Spirituosen- und Cocktail-Tastings
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Bar sowie Zubereitung von Cocktails und weiteren Getränken
  • Einsatzplanung, Briefing und Koordination des Eventteams
  • Vorbereitung der Location und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Eventmanagement
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Diverse Administrative Tätigkeiten 

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie 
  • Erfahrung im Event-, Bankett- oder Gastronomiebereich
  • Fundierte Bar-Erfahrung und Leidenschaft für hochwertige Drinks
  • Freude an der Durchführung von Events und daran für Gäste ein erstklassiges Erlebnis zu schaffen
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, offene und empathische Persönlichkeit
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
