Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Überwachung und Instandhaltung von Heizung-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten gemäß Wartungsplänen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Optimierung der Anlagen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Umbauten und Modernisierungsprojekten
  • Überwachung und Koordination externer Dienstleister bei Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Prüfprotokollen
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sowie der relevanten Vorschriften

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- oder Sanitärtechnik (z. B. als Heizungsinstallateur, Lüftungstechniker, Sanitärtechniker oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik, idealerweise in den Bereichen HKLS
  • Fundiertes technisches Wissen und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Bereitschaftsdiensten (nach Absprache)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
