Wir suchen Dich als:

Gelernter CNC-Bediener / Anlagenbediener (m/w/d) Das machst Du bei uns:

  • Maschinen bedienen: Du bestückst und überwachst CNC-Maschinen und automatische Anlagen in der Serienfertigung.
  • Werkzeuge wechseln: Bei Abnutzung tauschst Du Werkzeuge aus und passt kleine Einstellungen an der Maschine an.
  • Teile prüfen: Du kontrollierst die gefertigten Werkstücke regelmässig und schreibst die Ergebnisse auf.
  • Ablauf sichern: Du behebst kleine Störungen selbst und sorgst dafür, dass das Material flüssig nachkommt.

  • Grundausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenführer EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ oder Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung.
  • Maschinenerfahrung: Du weisst, wie man CNC-Anlagen sicher bedient, bestückt und startet.
  • Korrekturen machen: Bei kleinen Abweichungen kannst Du Werkzeug- oder Korrekturwerte selbst anpassen.
  • Teile messen: Du kannst gut mit einfachen Messmitteln umgehen (z. B. Messschieber oder Mikrometer).
  • Pflege & Wartung: Du hältst Deinen Arbeitsplatz sauber und machst einfache Pflegearbeiten an den Maschinen.

Persönlich:

  • Genauigkeit: Du arbeitest sorgfältig, hältst Dich an Sicherheitsregeln und achtest auf gute Qualität.
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Auf Dich ist Verlass ? auch wenn am Tag viele gleiche Teile produziert werden.
  • Teamgeist: Du arbeitest gut mit Deinen Kollegen, Schichtleitern und der Mechanik zusammen.
  • Arbeitszeiten: Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit (2- oder 3-Schicht) ist super, aber auch Jobs im Tagesbetrieb sind möglich.
