Für unsere Gruppengesellschaft BATOR AG suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit als

General Manager (m/w) =====================

Mit Begeisterung und technischem Wissen erarbeiten Sie mit Ihrem Team massgeschneiderte Tor\-Lösungen für die anspruchsvolle Kundschaft im In\- und Ausland und stellen deren zeit\- und kostengerechte Produktion, Installation und Unterhalt/Reparatur/Modernisierung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus sicher.

Sie sind u.a. für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

  • P\&L\-Verantwortung für die BATOR
  • Aufbau einer schlagkräftigen Geschäftsleitung und Vorantreiben der Internationalisierung
  • Intensivierung der Marktbearbeitung und Sicherstellung eines profitablen Wachstums
  • Weiterentwicklung der technischen Lösungen, auch in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung am TORMAX Headquarters
  • Ausbau der Produktion sowie Optimierung und Automatisierung der Produktionslinien
  • Optimierung der Supply Chain
  • Gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Prozesslandschaft und des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Weiterentwicklung des ERP\-Systems

Für diese sehr spannende Aufgabe bringen Sie Folgendes mit:

  • Elektro\- oder Maschinenbauingenieurstudium (ETH, Universität) mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Geschäftsführer einer KMU mit entsprechendem Leistungsausweis
  • Erfahrung in Industriebetrieben mit Produktion
  • zum weiteren Ausbau des Geschäfts im In\- und Ausland gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Hands\-on Mentalität
  • Sehr analytisch und strukturiert denkende Persönlichkeit mit ausgesprochener Umsetzungsstärke
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Innovativ und hervorragende technologische Kompetenz
  • Begeisterungsfähige und zupackende Führungspersönlichkeit mit Charisma und hoher Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch, ösisch und Englisch
  • Gute IT\-Kenntnisse (ERP, MS\-Office)
  • Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeit
