Die Renergia Zentralschweiz AG ist ein erfolgreiches Entsorgungsunternehmen und Treiberin von zukunftsgerichteten Lösungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen den öffentlich\-rechtlichen Entsorgungsauftrag und der Produktion von Strom\- bzw. Wärme. Renergia und erzo KVA planen gemeinsam eine neue Waste\-to\-Energy\-Anlage am Standort der erzo KVA in Oftringen. Ein wegweisendes Grossprojekt mit einem Investitionsvolumen von rund CHF 250 . und technischer, politischer sowie gesellschaftlicher Relevanz.

Ihre Verantwortung

  • Sie verantworten die erfolgreiche operative Steuerung des Gesamtprojekts in den Phasen "Front\-End\-Engineering Design" (FEED), Realisierung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Sie berücksichtigen und antizipieren ökonomische, regulatorische und politische Aspekte frühzeitig und stellen die Einhaltung wichtiger Meilensteine sicher
  • Sie gestalten eine leistungsfähige Projektorganisation und lenken das Projektteam mit internen und externen Ressourcen über sämtliche Projektphasen zielorientiert
  • Sie bereiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen stufengerecht auf und vertreten Anträge souverän in den zuständigen Gremien
  • Sie verantworten das Behördenmanagement und sorgen für eine kooperative und effiziente Abwicklung der Bewilligungsverfahren
  • Sie unterstützen die Verantwortlichen in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, und tragen zur positiven Akzeptanz im politischen Umfeld der Abfallverbände und Aktionäre bei

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Sie bringen Erfolge in der Leitung komplexer Grossprojekte im Umfeld von Matrix\-Organisationen mit
  • Sie kommunizieren überzeugend und bewegen sich souverän zwischen Fachpersonen, Behörden und Politik
  • Sie begegnen Neuem mit Offenheit und verstehen es mit ihrem klaren Vorgehen, Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen
  • Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung auf Stufe FH/ETH im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Umwelt, Chemie oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin. Vorzugsweise haben sie operative Erfahrungen im Bereich der Entsorgungs\- bzw. Umwelttechnik
  • Sie haben sich in Betriebswirtschaft weitergebildet, idealerweise ergänzt durch Projektleitung und Verhandlungsführung
