Grâce à des services polyvalents dans le gros-œuvre et les travaux publics ainsi qu-à une culture d-entreprise ancrée dans la réalité, l-entreprise bénéficie d-une position stable sur le marché et d-un potentiel de développement attractif. Dans le cadre d-une succession, nous recherchons une personne à l-esprit entrepreneurial pour le poste de Directeur Général Construction Gros-Œuvre & Travaux Publics 80-100% (a).

Tâches

Dans ce rôle de direction polyvalent, vous assumez la responsabilité des opérations quotidiennes, du développement de l-entreprise ainsi que de l-entretien des relations clients importantes. Les autres tâches sont :

  • Direction et développement des collaborateurs
  • Organisation et planification de l-ensemble de l-entreprise, y compris des chantiers et des ressources
  • Calculs, gestion des offres ainsi que suivi des projets et clients en cours
  • Participation à la définition de l-orientation stratégique future
  • Entretien des contacts clients existants ainsi que développement du réseau régional

Exigences

Vous êtes une personne pragmatique avec une pensée entrepreneuriale, un plaisir du contact client ainsi qu-un fort lien avec le secteur principal du bâtiment. Nous souhaitons également :

  • Formation de base dans le domaine de la construction, par exemple maçon, charpentier ou équivalent
  • Formation complémentaire en tant que chef de chantier, conducteur de travaux, chef de projet ou similaire
  • Expérience en gestion ainsi que compréhension organisationnelle et commerciale
  • Personnalité ancrée, autonome et orientée solutions avec plaisir à assumer des responsabilités

Vous attend un poste de direction autonome et à long terme avec beaucoup de marge de manœuvre dans une petite entreprise régionalement ancrée, avec des processus décisionnels courts et un potentiel de développement.
