Holzbau Schweiz Sektion Aargau mit Sitz in Aarau steht für eine starke und zukunftsfähige Holzbauwirtschaft. Wir schaffen für unsere Mitglieder echten Mehrwert durch professionelle Dienstleistungen und engagieren uns für die Stärkung des Ansehens der Holzbranche sowie für positive politische und wirtschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf einer qualitativ hochwertigen Berufsbildung im Holzbau. Für die überbetrieblichen Kurse und die Erwachsenenbildung betreibt der Verband ein modernes Ausbildungszentrum in Oberentfelden.

Im Rahmen der Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir per Vereinbarung eine offene, empathische und motivierte Persönlichkeit als

Geschäftsführer/in (70\-100 %) --------------------------------

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative, personelle und finanzielle Führung von Verband und Ausbildungszentrum inkl. Budget und Jahresrechnung
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Umsetzung der Beschlüsse von Vorstand und Bildungskommission sowie Organisation der Versammlungen
  • Organisation und Koordination des Qualifikationsverfahrens EFZ/EBA
  • Verantwortlich für den Betrieb und Unterhalt des ÜK\-Zentrums
  • Führung von Projekten, Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Dienstleistungen
  • Organisation von Branchen\- und Imagekampagnen insbesondere bei der Nachwuchsförderung
  • Vertretung des Verbandes gegenüber Mitgliedern, Behörden und nationalen Verbänden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung in einem handwerklich\-gewerblichen oder kaufmännischen Beruf und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
  • Anerkannte Management\- und Führungsausbildung (HF, Höhere Berufs\- oder Fachprüfung oder vergleichbar)
  • Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch vor Versammlungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und EDV\-Kenntnisse
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit sowie Interesse an Verbandstätigkeit und politischen Abläufen
  • Vertrauenswürdig, loyal und diskret
