Der Münster Kinder\- und Jugendchor (BMKJC) ist ein festes Sänger\- und Sängerinnen\-Ensemble mit rund 100 Kindern und Jugendlichen. Unter der musikalischen Leitung von und befasst sich der Chor mit anspruchsvoller geistlicher und weltlicher Vokalmusik. Er tritt in Konzerten mit regional und international renommierten Ensembles auf und singt regelmässig an Vespern, Gottesdiensten und Feiern im Münster sowie an Wettbewerben und auf Auslandreisen (siehe auch ).

Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Geschäftsführer:in (50%)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsstelle
  • Unterstützung des Vorstands in seinen strategischen Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Buchhaltung, Finanzadministration sowie die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Berichten
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation des Probenbetriebs, von Konzerten und Auftritten sowie Singlagern und Konzertreisen
  • Akquisition und Betreuung von Sponsoren, Gönner:innen, Stiftungen und weiteren Förderpartnern
  • Organisation der Elternmitarbeit und von Vereinsanlässen
  • Ansprechperson für Sänger:innen, Eltern sowie Gönnerinnen und Gönnern sowie Sponsoren
  • Führung der Mitgliederverwaltung
  • Vorbereitung und Protokollierung von Vorstandssitzungen und Mitgliederversammlungen
  • Sicherstellung effizienter administrativer Abläufe und Weiterentwicklung organisatorischer Prozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Verbandsmanagement, Non\-Profit\-Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Kulturmanagement von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenz\-, Organisations\-, Koordinations\- oder Verwaltungsfunktion
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie Freude daran, unterschiedliche Aufgaben und Anspruchsgruppen zu koordinieren
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Selbst\- und Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und diplomatisches Geschick
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse und Affinität für digitale Arbeitsmittel
  • Interesse an Musik, Kultur, Bildung oder Vereinswesen
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen an Abenden und Wochenenden
  • Fahrausweis Kategorie B von Vorteil
