Geschäftsführer/\-in Senevita Residenz Bornblick 100%

Was du bewirkst:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Leitung eines Betriebes mit rund 110 Mitarbeitenden, welche sich um eine hohe Lebensqualität unserer Bewohnenden kümmern (50 Pflegebetten, 69 Wohnungen)
  • Du bist für die operative Führung der Senevita Residenz Bornblick zuständig und führst die Führungsteams direkt
  • Du erarbeitest strategische Richtlinien, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen
  • Du pflegst den Kontakt zu allen Anspruchsgruppen und förderst so die regionale Verankerung
  • Die Gewinnung von neuen Kunden sowie die betriebswirtschaftlichen Resultate liegen in deiner Verantwortung
  • Mit deinen innovativen Ideen bringst du den Betrieb stetig einen Schritt voran
  • Durch die gute Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hauptsitz erreichst du deine Ziele spielend

Womit du dich auszeichnest:

  • Du hast die Ausbildung zur Institutionsleitung oder eine vergleichbare, qualifizierte Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen absolviert
  • Du bist in der Region verankert, verfügst über ein gutes Netzwerk und bringst breite Erfahrung in der Akquisition mit
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über eine Ausbildung im Pflegebereich (wünschenswert)
  • Du hast Spass an der Führung und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines Betriebes mit
  • Du bist eine fesselnde und stressresistente Person mit einer gewinnenden Ausstrahlung
  • Den Humor verlierst du auch im strengen Alltag nicht und die Rolle als Gastgeber/\-in ist dir auf den Leib geschnitten
