Für unser Kochoptik Fachgeschäft im Glattzentrum suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Geschäftsleiter:in 80–100%

Deine Aufgaben

Als Geschäftsleiter übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Filiale und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unser Team sowie unsere Kundinnen und Kunden.

  • ???? Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Verantwortung für die personelle und operative Führung des Fachgeschäfts
  • Aktive und kompetente Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Beratungs\- und Servicequalität
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ziele und betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen
  • Planung und Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Förderung eines positiven und wertschätzenden Arbeitsklimas
  • Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie und Verkaufsziele
  • Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation
  • Vorbildfunktion in Beratung, Verkauf und Kundenservice

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Augenoptik, idealerweise als Augenoptiker EFZ oder dipl. Augenoptiker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und idealerweise Führungserfahrung
  • Freude daran, Menschen zu führen, zu fördern und zu motivieren
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Verkaufsstärke und Begeisterung für hochwertige Brillen und aktuelle Trends
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres, sympathisches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und gemeinsamen Erfolgen
