Die FachFrauen Umwelt (ffu-pee) sind ein schweizweit tätiger Verein im Bereich Umwelt und Gleichstellung. Mit über 1'000 Mitgliedern vernetzt, fördert und unterstützt der Verein Frauen, die in den Bereichen Umwelt und nachhaltige Entwicklung tätig sind. Er setzt sich für die berufliche Förderung von Frauen, die Gleichstellung in den Arbeitsstrukturen sowie die Verankerung der Nachhaltigkeit in Politik und beruflicher Praxis ein.

Im Hinblick auf die Pensionierung der heutigen Geschäftsleiterin suchen wir eine engagierte Nachfolgerin.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Vereinsstrategie gemeinsam mit dem Vorstand
  • Leitung der laufenden Vereinsgeschäfte
  • Verantwortung für Projekte, Veranstaltungen und Kampagnen
  • administrative und finanzielle Führung, inkl. Fundraising
  • Vertretung der ffu-pee gegenüber Partnern, Medien, Netzwerk und Förderern
  • interne und externe Kommunikation sowie Stärkung der Vereinssichtbarkeit
  • Unterstützung des Vorstands und Führung von 2 fest angestellten Mitarbeiterinnen und mehreren Mitarbeiterinnen im Mandat

Sie bringen mit

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder in der Leitung komplexer Projekte
  • Starkes Interesse an / Engagement in Umwelt- und Genderfragen; Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in diesen Bereichen von Vorteil
  • Strategisches Denken, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanz- und Administrationsmanagement sowie Erfahrung in Fundraising
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Netzwerken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit sozialen Medien (insbesondere LinkedIn)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse; Italienisch und/oder Englisch von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit Priorisierungsfähigkeit
