Baubioswiss ist der Fachverband für gesundes und nachhaltiges Bauen und Leben. Wir setzen uns für unser aller Wohlbefinden ein. Unsere Leidenschaft gilt natürlichen Materialien, klimaneutralem Bauen und Leben sowie einer funktionierenden Kreislaufwirtschaft.

Per 1.1.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine neue

Geschäftsleitung Baubioswiss (Festanstellung 55 % oder im Mandat)

Für die operative Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Fachverbands suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit bzw. eine geeignete Mandatsorganisation.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die operative Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Verbands in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit den Regionalgruppen.

Die Stelle erfordert folgende Voraussetzungen und Qualifikationen:

  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der operativen Führung einer Geschäftsstelle, Eventorganisation und Projektmanagement.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich externe Kommunikation und Marketing insbesondere auch in der Anwendung sozialer und digitaler Medien
  • Sie interessieren sich für gesellschaftliche Fragestellungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit.
  • Sie sind proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch.
  • Sie denken und handeln konzeptionell und unternehmerisch.
  • Sie können Menschen vernetzen und begeistern.
  • Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Verbands- oder Vereinsmanagement.
  • Affinität zum nachhaltigen Bauen, ein baufachlicher Hintergrund und ein entsprechendes Netzwerk sind willkommen.
  • Sie bringen gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Kenntnisse einer weiteren Landessprache mit.

Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand ist partnerschaftlich und von kurzen Entscheidungswegen geprägt. Sie steigen in einer spannenden Phase ein und gestalten das 50-Jahr-Jubiläum von Baubioswiss im Jahr 2027 aktiv mit. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Möglichkeit zu Homeoffice ermöglichen Ihnen eine gute Vereinbarkeit mit Ihrem Privatleben.

Die Stelle kann als Festanstellung 55 % oder als Mandat an eine in der Schweiz ansässige GmbH vergeben und durch eine oder mehrere Personen wahrgenommen werden.
