Pro Natura ist die führende Organisation für den Naturschutz in der Schweiz mit 170 000 Mitgliedern. Sie setzt sich für die Förderung und den Erhalt der einheimischen Tier\- und Pflanzenwelt ein. In der Pro Natura Geschäftsstelle arbeiten rund 100 Personen, 100 weitere sind in den 23 Pro Natura Sektionen tätig.

Zur Verstärkung der Pro Natura Geschäftsstelle in Basel suchen wir per 1\. 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Geschäftsleitungs\- und Abteilungsassistenz (60\-70%)

Was sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben?

  • Sie sind der administrative Dreh\- und Angelpunkt der fünfzehnköpfigen Abteilung Politik \& Internationales.
  • In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie die Abteilungsleitung mit rund 40 Stellenprozenten bei administrativen, koordinativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben.
  • Zu ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Sitzungen, das Betreuen von Datenbanken und die Begleitung von Rekrutierungsprozessen.
  • Zusätzlich verantworten Sie in Ihrer als Geschäftsleitungsassistenz mit rund 30 Stellenprozenten die Vorbereitung und Organisation von Sitzungen des Delegiertenrates und des Zentralvorstandes und garantieren eine reibungslose schriftliche Kommunikation mit den Mitgliedern der beiden Verbandsorgane.

Was bringen Sie mit?

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
  • Weiterbildung mit anerkanntem Abschluss im Bereich Assistenz oder Kommunikation von Vorteil.
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise auf Geschäftsleitungs\- oder Direktionsebene
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe digitale Affinität sowie routiniertes und effizientes Arbeiten mit den gängigen MS\-Office\- und KI\-Produkten
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch sowie gute ösischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Diskretion, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige, lösungsorientierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
