  • Esperienza minima di 1 anno nel mercato del lavoro svizzero, dimostrando capacità adattative e conoscenza delle prassi locali (Indispensabile).
  • Conoscenza della lingua italiana, indispensabile per la comunicazione di base con il team e interlocutori (Indispensabile).
  • Residenza o domicilio entro 50 km dal luogo di lavoro, per garantire efficienza e puntualità negli spostamenti (Utile).
  • Formazione professionale di base (AFC), considerata un valore aggiunto per la comprensione tecnica e operativa (Bonus).
  • Esperienza o competenze nel marmo e lavorazioni simili .
