Gestionnaire administratif RH ou Gestionnaire administrative RH bilingue FR/DE – 80% à 100%

Les ressources humaines te passionnent et tu apprécies la diversité des tâches administratives ? En tant que Gestionnaire RH, tu assures une gestion fiable et efficace du parcours administratif des collaborateurs tout en contribuant à l'excellence opérationnelle de la fonction RH.

Ce que tu fais au quotidien

Tu assures la gestion administrative complète du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, de leur entrée à leur sortie de l'entreprise (contrats de travail, avenants, permis de travail, certificats de travail et autres documents RH), en garantissant la conformité aux dispositions légales et aux procédures internes. Tu garantis la qualité et la fiabilité des données RH ainsi que la bonne tenue des dossiers du personnel.

Tu participes au processus de recrutement en apportant un soutien administratif efficace, depuis la rédaction et la diffusion des annonces jusqu'à la planification et la coordination des entretiens avec les différents intervenants.

Personne référente des collaborateurs et des managers pour toutes les questions liées à l'administration du personnel, tu apportes un support fiable et proactif aux HR Business Partners ainsi qu'aux équipes, en assurant une collaboration étroite avec le service de paie et les autres parties prenantes internes.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe

Tu es titulaire d’une formation commerciale de type CFC ou d’une formation équivalente, complété par le certificat de Gestionnaire RH. Tu bénéficies d’une expérience confirmée d’au moins 2 ans dans une fonction similaire.

Tu maîtrises parfaitement l’allemand (langue maternelle ou niveau équivalent) et disposes d’excellentes connaissances du français (minimum C1\), te permettant de communiquer avec aisance dans un contexte professionnel bilingue.

Tu possèdes de solides compétences dans l’utilisation des outils bureautiques et des systèmes d’information RH. La connaissance de HR Access constitue un atout.

De nature organisée et discrète, tu gères les dossiers administratifs avec précision tout en garantissant la qualité et la confidentialité des informations traitées. Autonome, tu sais prioriser tes activités, respecter les délais et apporter un service de qualité aux collaborateurs, aux managers et aux partenaires RH. Ton esprit d’équipe et ton sens du service te permettent d’évoluer avec aisance dans un environnement dynamique.
