Gestionnaire de dossiers complexes (h/f/d)

Pour l'un de nos clients, une importante institution vaudoise, nous recherchons un\-e Gestionnaire de dossiers complexes afin de rejoindre ses équipes dans le cadre d'une mission temporaire de longue durée.

Responsabilités

  • Analyser des situations individuelles nécessitant une évaluation approfondie des faits et des éléments du dossier.
  • Examiner et interpréter différents documents justificatifs (revenus, fortune, relevés bancaires, baux, contrats de travail, véhicules, etc.).
  • Vérifier les conditions d'octroi des prestations et identifier les éventuelles incohérences nécessitant des investigations complémentaires.
  • Conduire des entretiens avec des bénéficiaires et recueillir les informations nécessaires à l'instruction des dossiers.
  • Recouper, analyser et documenter les informations collectées.
  • Appliquer les dispositions légales, les directives et les procédures internes.
  • Rédiger des courriers, rapports, notes, préavis et autres documents administratifs nécessitant rigueur et esprit de synthèse.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des décisions rendues.
  • Formuler des recommandations et prendre position sur les situations examinées dans le respect du cadre institutionnel.

Profil

  • Formation de niveau CFC, ES, HES, avec une spécialisation en assurances sociales ou en droit. La détention d'un Brevet fédéral en assurances sociales ou dans le domaine juridique constitue un atout.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et l'analyse de dossiers complexes.
  • Expérience au sein d'une administration publique, d'un organisme social, d'une assurance sociale ou d'un environnement similaire.
  • Bonne connaissance du système suisse des assurances sociales, un réel atout.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de discernement.
  • Aisance dans la conduite d'entretiens et la gestion de situations parfois sensibles.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant les procédures établies.
  • Très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles en français.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels.
