Description de l'emploi ##

La Caisse cantonale de chômage détermine le droit aux prestations et verse les indemnités de chômage à toutes les personnes inscrites auprès d-un ORP vaudois. Elle indemnise les entreprises en cas de réduction de l-horaire de travail (RHT ou chômage technique) pour causes économiques ou en raison d-intempéries. Elle verse des indemnités aux travailleurs·euses en cas d-insolvabilité (faillite) de l-employeur.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction de gestionnaire de dossiers spécialisés, vous renseignez et inscrivez les assuré·e·s se présentant au guichet. Vous assumez la constitution et l'analyse des dossiers. A ce titre, vous déterminez le droit aux indemnités de chômage. Enfin, vous procédez mensuellement à un nouvel examen des conditions du droit, calculez le montant et procédez au paiement des indemnités de chômage.

Responsabilités ##

  • Renseigner et inscrire les assuré·e·s au guichet et par téléphone.
  • Constituer et analyser les dossiers de chômage.
  • Déterminer les droits au chômage, calculer le gain assuré et verser l'indemnité de chômage.
  • Procéder mensuellement à l'examen des conditions du droit et au paiement des indemnités.

Qualifications ##

  • CFC d'employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience professionnelle avérée dans le domaine administratif.
  • Bonnes connaissances des assurances sociales et du droit du travail.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants.
  • Aisance dans les contacts, autonomie dans l'organisation du travail, facilité avec les chiffres et sens des responsabilités.

Nous accompagnons également les demandeuses et demandeurs d-emploi vers une insertion professionnelle durable en leur offrant conseils et mesures répondant aux besoins du marché du travail, tout en leur garantissant une égalité de traitement. La Caisse cantonale de chômage, qui nous est rattachée, indemnise les personnes au chômage, ainsi que les entreprises contraintes à recourir au chômage technique (RHT) pour des motifs économiques ou en raison d-intempéries.
