Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, une société coopérative de gérance immobilière, nous recherchons :

Un(e) gestionnaire de location

80\-100%

Contrat fixe, date à convenir

Genève

Description du poste --------------------

• Gestion administrative d'un portefeuille mixte d'immeubles ;

• Relations avec les locataires et propriétaires liées aux aspects de location et de droit du bail ;

• Recherche des locataires, tenue à jour des listes d'attentes ;

• Etablissement des différents contrats de bail, avenants, notifications officielles, correspondances ;

• Etablissement des différents calculs de hausses et de baisses possibles (indexation, prestations supplémentaires du bailleur, rendement admissible, etc.) sous la supervision de la responsable ;

• Gestion et traitement des résiliations courantes, ordinaires et extraordinaires ;

• Gestion et traitement de tous les litiges (contestations loyer, défauts de la chose louée, etc.) en collaboration et sous la supervision de la responsable ;

• Représentation du propriétaire par\-devant le CCBL avec la responsable ;

• Analyses mensuelles des baux et des vacants ;

• Etablissement des loyers cibles et de la stratégie locative des immeubles (type de contrat, durée, etc.) ;

• Mise en valeur d'immeubles (location) sous la supervision du département pilotage et/ou de la responsable ;

• Tenue des divers reportings liés à la fonction ;

• Participation aux séances propriétaires.

Profil recherché -----------------

Expériences et formation :

• CFC de commerce ou équivalent ;

• Formation USPI/APGCI, un atout ;

• Brevet fédéral de gérant d'immeubles, un atout.

• Minimum 5 ans dans un poste équivalent ;

• Maitrise du droit du bail et du logiciel Quorum

• Anglais, un atout

Les qualités requises :

• Compétences organisationnelles et rédactionnelles ;

• Entregent, esprit d'entraide, esprit d'équipe, esprit positif et sens relationnel ;

• Faculté d'adaptation, résistance au stress, gestion des priorités et polyvalence ;

• Réactivité, rigueur, précision et autonomie ;

• Maitrise des outils informatiques (Office, Quorum, Garaio Rem)
