Dans cette fonction polyvalente de gestionnaire immobilier volant, tu soutiens nos gestionnaires immobiliers dans le suivi de biens situés dans les régions de Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Valais et Genève. Ce que tu apportes ##

  • Soutenir les gestionnaires immobiliers dans la gestion d'immeubles résidentiels et commerciaux dans les cantons de Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Valais et Genève
  • Assurer la continuité et la qualité de la gestion immobilière lors d'absences, du surcharges de travail ou de situations particulières nécessitant un renfort opérationnel
  • Réaliser des états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie
  • Entretenir des contacts réguliers avec les locataires, les entreprises mandatées, les propriétaires et les autorités
  • Garantir l'entretien des immeubles et participer à des projets de rénovation et de valorisation
  • Évaluer périodiquement l'état des immeubles et établir les rapports de visite
  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets ainsi qu'aux tâches administratives et organisationnelles liées à la gestion immobilière

Ton profil ##

  • Formation de base achevée complétée par un brevet fédéral de gérant(e) d'immeubles ou une formation jugée équivalente
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans la gestion d'immeubles résidentiels et commerciaux
  • Grande flexibilité et intérêt pour des tâches et portefeuilles variés
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, connaissances de l'allemand constituant un atout
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B et véhicule personnel indispensables pour les déplacements réguliers en Suisse romande
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office, connaissances de Garaio REM un avantage
  • Personnalité orientée service et client, autonome, proactive et orientée solutions
