Votre mission

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de longue durée, nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, une administration publique genevoise, un(e) Gestionnaire RH & Salaires à 60 %, pour une mission temporaire à pourvoir rapidement. Au sein du service des ressources humaines, vous intégrerez le secteur Rémunération et participerez à la gestion des salaires d'une population d'environ 800 collaborateurs, dont près de 250 auxiliaires. Vos principales responsabilités : - Assurer le traitement et le contrôle des salaires du personnel mensualisé et rémunéré à l'heure. - Gérer les éléments variables de paie : heures travaillées, indemnités, primes, absences et autres ajustements salariaux. - Assurer le suivi administratif de différents types de contrats de travail et des mouvements du personnel. - Effectuer les affiliations, mutations et démarches relatives aux assurances sociales. - Établir les attestations employeur, attestations de chômage, gains intermédiaires, certificats de salaire et autres documents administratifs. - Vérifier la fiabilité des données salariales et contribuer aux opérations de contrôle et de clôture. - Répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs et assurer la coordination avec les différents interlocuteurs internes. - Participer à l'accompagnement de deux stagiaires en maturité professionnelle. Conditions : - Taux d'activité : 60 % - Type de contrat : mission temporaire de longue durée, sans date de fin définie. - Entrée en fonction : dès que possible. - Lieu : canton de Genève.

Votre profil

Profil recherché : - Formation en ressources humaines complétée par un certificat de Gestionnaire de salaires. - Expérience confirmée et autonomie dans la gestion des salaires en Suisse. - Maîtrise du traitement des salaires mensuels et horaires, notamment pour les collaborateurs auxiliaires. - Expérience dans la gestion administrative de différents types de contrats de travail. - Solides connaissances de la législation sociale suisse et des assurances sociales (AVS, LPP, APG, LAA, etc.). - Bonne maîtrise des éléments variables de paie, des affiliations et des attestations salariales. - Connaissance du logiciel OPALE souhaitée. - Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel. - Expérience dans une administration publique ou une institution parapublique appréciée. - Rigueur, discrétion, autonomie et sens de la confidentialité. - Esprit d'équipe, agilité et capacité à s'adapter rapidement à un nouvel environnement. - Aisance relationnelle et intérêt pour l'accompagnement de collaborateurs juniors. Critère impératif : résidence en Suisse obligatoire. Une disponibilité rapide est souhaitée.
