Basé à La Chaux-de-Fonds, notre cabinet met l’humain au centre de ses missions : accompagner, former et conseiller aussi bien les entreprises que les particuliers. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous souhaitons accueillir

Un·e gestionnaire RH 50 à 60%

Un poste à temps partiel et autonome, idéal pour une personne expérimentée souhaitant conjuger expertise RH et équilibre de vie.

Votre mission :

  • Être au cœur de la relation client : point de contact fiable pour nos clients sur les questions RH courantes.
  • Assurer les tâches administratives : rédaction des contrats de travail, certificats de travail et définitions de fonction ; annonces aux assurances sociales et allocations familiales ; gestion des cas maladie / accident et suivi des absences ; établissement et contrôle des décomptes de salaire, y compris les décomptes finaux, en coordination avec la comptabilité ; tenue à jour des dossiers du personnel.
  • Donner vie à nos projets : organisation d’événements, gestion de l’agenda du cabinet.

Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe :

  • Au moins 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans une fonction administrative
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en ressources humaines dans le domaine horloger (impératif)
  • Être au bénéfice d’un CFC d’employé·e de commerce et du certificat de gestionnaire RH HRSE (impératif)
  • Solides connaissances en assurances sociales et en droit du travail.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Office, en particulier Word et Excel
  • Goût pour la relation client et la communication
  • Une fibre créative et une aisance avec les outils de mise en forme pour des supports visuellement soignés
  • Permis de conduire (indispensable), déplacements à prévoir
  • Une parfaite maîtrise du français (langue maternelle)
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement où polyvalence et flexibilité sont essentielles
