La Direction des Ressources Humaines recherche, pour l’HFR Fribourg \- Hôpital cantonal, un\-e :

Gestionnaire RH \- Paie et Assurances Sociales ==============================================

Votre mission :

  • Assurer la saisie, la mise à jour et le contrôle des données salariales dans le logiciel de paie HR Access (engagements, changements d’affectation, départs, données personnelles)
  • Saisir et contrôler les éléments variables de rémunération (indemnités, allocations et autres éléments salariaux).
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des dossiers d’assurances sociales, notamment les allocations pour perte de gain (APG), les indemnités journalières en cas de maladie ou d’accident ainsi que les allocations familiales.
  • Assurer la gestion administrative de l’imposition à la source.
  • Effectuer les contrôles nécessaires avant et après le bouclement de la paie.
  • Traiter les demandes de remboursement des frais des collaboratrices et collaborateurs.
  • Établir les conventions de formation.
  • Renseigner les collaboratrices et collaborateurs sur les questions relatives aux salaires et aux assurances sociales.

Votre profil

  • CFC d’employé\-e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Certificat de généraliste en assurances sociales ou de gestionnaire RH
  • Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en assurances sociales un atout
  • Expérience de 2 ans minimum dans les ressources humaines
  • Rigueur, précision, sens aigu de l’organisation
  • Résistant\-e au stress
  • Aisance avec les chiffres
  • Sens des responsabilités
  • Maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec connaissances de l’autre langue

Entrée en fonction : A convenir

Délai de postulation : 31 octobre 2026

Durée du contrat : 12 mois \- possibilité de transformation en CDI
