Il Servizio giuridico guida l'azienda e il suo personale attraverso i meandri del quadro legale e regolamentare e garantisce l'integrità giuridica della SSR.

Mansioni ####

Nell'ambito del team del Servizio giuridico, assumi le seguenti responsabilità:

  • consulenza alle redazioni in materia di diritto dei media;
  • redazione di risposte ai reclami destinati all'Autorità indipendente di ricorso in materia radiotelevisiva nonché al Consiglio della stampa;
  • gestione delle procedure nell'ambito della legge sul principio di trasparenza dell'amministrazione;
  • gestione dei dossier contenziosi dell'azienda, se del caso in concertazione con i mandatari esterni;
  • accompagnamento giuridico di progetti tecnologici dell'azienda che comportano il trattamento di dati personali;
  • elaborazione di contratti, pareri giuridici, note interne e altri documenti relativi agli ambiti di attività interessati.

Requisiti ####

  • Sei titolare di un brevetto di avvocata o avvocato, con un'esperienza minima di 2 anni maturata in un'azienda o in uno studio legale negli ambiti giuridici sopracitati.
  • Sei di madrelingua francese. Hai ottime conoscenze del tedesco, scritto e parlato. Conoscenze di italiano e inglese costituiscono un vantaggio.
  • Sei una persona di mentalità aperta, dinamica e resiliente, dotata di solide competenze comunicative, e sai interagire con disinvoltura con interlocutrici e interlocutori molto diversi tra loro.
  • Ami lavorare in modo pragmatico e orientato alle soluzioni; possiedi competenze analitiche, redazionali e concettuali, e sai negoziare con abilità e determinazione.
  • Dimostri spirito di squadra e apprezzi un approccio collaborativo e interdisciplinare al lavoro, manifestando al contempo interesse per le diverse regioni linguistiche della Svizzera.
