Operations

Als Global Supply Chain Specialist übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer globalen Planung. Du verantwortest den End\-to\-End\-Planungsprozess von der Nachfrageplanung über den S\&OP\-Prozess bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Planungsparametern und Beständen. Gemeinsam mit unseren Produktionsstandorten in der Schweiz, Indien und Deutschland sorgst du für Transparenz in der Planung, fundierte Entscheidungen und eine leistungsfähige Supply Chain.

Was macht deinen Alltag spannend?

  • Verantwortung für das globale S\&OP\-Planning und Forecasting.
  • Erstellung der Hauptproduktionsplanung (MPS) und der globalen Ersatzteilplanung.
  • Koordination der globalen Supply Chain mit Produktion, Beschaffung und Logistik.
  • Fachliche Koordination der Disposition sowie Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Planungsstandards.
  • Koordination des globalen Life Cycle Managements inklusive Phase\-In\- und Phase\-Out\-Prozessen.
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen, Beständen und Planungsparametern zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung.
  • Key User für Planning \& Supply Chain sowie Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Systemen und Reportings.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Sicherstellung des standortübergreifenden Wissenstransfers.

Was bringst du mit?

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der globalen Produktionsplanung, Disposition und im S\&OP\-Umfeld eines Industriebetriebs
  • Weiterbildung oder Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Hohe Systemaffinität und fundiertes Know\-How in modernen Planungsmethoden
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
