Job description

  • Contribuir a la máxima disponibilidad de mercancía mediante la ejecución correcta y oportuna de los métodos de trabajo asignados para el flujo de mercancías.
  • Ejecutar eficazmente las tareas operativas de flujo de mercancías en el área asignada, utilizando los sistemas y herramientas disponibles que apoyen un proceso eficiente y la integridad de los datos.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad del propio desarrollo, utilizando las herramientas y recursos de desarrollo de competencias disponibles.
  • Trabajar de acuerdo con la rutina de inventarios para maximizar la exactitud del stock y garantizar la disponibilidad de productos para los clientes.
  • Vivir los valores de IKEA y fomentar una cultura IKEA sólida y próspera que inspire a los colaboradores a lograr resultados extraordinarios en la tienda y, especialmente, en el equipo de flujo de mercancías.
  • Cumplir con todas las normas y requisitos de salud, seguridad y protección de IKEA dentro del área de responsabilidad, y apoyar activamente a los compañeros para prevenir incidentes que involucren a colaboradores, visitantes, clientes, equipos, instalaciones y productos de IKEA.
  • Contribuir diariamente al cumplimiento de los objetivos acordados en el plan de acción.
  • Contribuir a la optimización de la operación diaria de flujo de mercancías dentro de los procesos asignados, trabajando de manera ágil, simple y orientada a los costos, utilizando y compartiendo buenas prácticas.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad de reducir el impacto ambiental y contribuir al logro de la rentabilidad a largo plazo de manera sostenible.
  • Compartir conocimientos y apoyar a los compañeros del departamento y de otras áreas del MCDC cuando sea necesario.

Qualification

  • Comprender los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) utilizados para planificar, dar seguimiento y dirigir el negocio con un enfoque centrado en el cliente.
  • Poseer un muy buen conocimiento de los procesos de  las operaciones de almacenamiento y el negocio de servicios para garantizar una excelente atención y cumplimiento hacia el cliente.
  • Comprender ampliamente las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes en cuanto a la calidad y exactitud de los productos.
  • Identificar e involucrar a los colegas relevantes en un proyecto, proceso o situación para facilitar el logro de objetivos y resultados.
  • Conocer los sistemas, herramientas y soluciones de tecnología de la información (TI), así como los métodos de cálculo y análisis aplicables dentro de la función.
