Responsabilités

Manager, coordonner et organiser une équipe d-environ 10 collaborateurs

Établir les plannings et répartir les tâches quotidiennes

Superviser la tenue générale de la propriété et garantir un niveau de qualité irréprochable

Contrôler la qualité du housekeeping, de l-entretien et de la préparation des espaces

Former, accompagner et encadrer les membres de l-équipe

Organiser la résidence en fonction des habitudes, déplacements et besoins de la famille

Coordonner les différents prestataires externes

Anticiper les besoins de la famille et gérer les imprévus avec réactivité

Veiller à la bonne préparation de la propriété lors de l-arrivée de la famille ou de leurs invités

Garantir en permanence discrétion, confidentialité et excellence du service

Accompagner ponctuellement la famille lors de voyages en Suisse ou à l-étranger

Profil

Expérience confirmée comme Gouvernante Générale, Head Housekeeper, House Manager ou dans une fonction similaire

Expérience indispensable dans le management d-une équipe

Expérience auprès d-une famille privée, résidence haut de gamme ou environnement hôtelier de luxe fortement appréciée

Excellentes capacités d-organisation et de planification

Leadership naturel avec une approche à la fois exigeante et bienveillante

Très grand sens du détail et standards de qualité élevés

Présentation soignée et excellente communication

Discrétion et confidentialité absolues

Grande flexibilité et disponibilité pour voyager

Français et anglais indispensables

Italien : un réel atout

Permis de conduire apprécié
