GROUP CONTROLLER, 60\-100% ==========================

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Buchhaltung der Holdinggesellschaft inklusive Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Unterstützung der Leiterin Group Controlling
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der monatlichen konsolidierten Gruppenabschlüsse nach IFRS inkl. Analyse der Division– und des Gruppenergebnisses der GreatStar Europe AG
  • Unterstützung im jährlichen Budgetprozess sowie beim Jahresabschluss der Gruppe
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Controllingtools und BI\-Systemen
  • Mitarbeit an konzernweiten Controlling\-/ Finance\-Projekten (z.B. Treasury, Reporting standards, KI)
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des lokalen Controlling\-Teams

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene, höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Bachelor oder ähnliches) mit Schwerpunkt in Rechnungslegung, Controlling oder Finance
  • Berufserfahrung im (Konzern\-) Controlling\-Umfeld oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • IFRS\-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Konsolidierungen und Abschlusserstellung
  • Sprachgewandt, D/E in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS\-Office und SAP\-ERP\-Kenntnisse (LucaNet von Vorteil)
  • Zu Ihren Stärken gehören neben analytischen Fähigkeiten auch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Qualitätsansprüche
  • Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI
  • Teamfähigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative sowie \-verantwortung runden Ihr Profil ab
