Finance \& Controlling

In dieser Funktion bist du Teil unseres Finance \& Controlling Teams und unterstützt die BÜCHI Gruppe mit aussagekräftigen Analysen, modernen Reporting\-Lösungen und datenbasierten Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Du verbindest finanzielle Zusammenhänge mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für Daten und Business Intelligence und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting\- und Controlling\-Landschaft bei.

Was macht deinen Alltag spannend?

  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting\- und BI\-Lösungen, insbesondere in Power BI und Jedox
  • Analyse von Finanz\- und Unternehmensdaten sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports
  • Unterstützung von Budget\-, Forecast\- und Planungsprozessen
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Transferpreisdokumentation.
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen auf Gruppenstufe
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Reporting\-Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und internationalen Gesellschaften
  • Durchführung interner Audits bei den Tochtergesellschaften

Was bringst du mit?

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Internationalen Controlling, Reporting oder Business Intelligence Umfeld, mit entsprechender Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit Power BI, Datenmodellierung und modernen Reporting\-Lösungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Finanzprozessen sowie der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS oder Swiss GAAP FER
  • Transfer\-Pricing\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen (SAP Business One von Vorteil)
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten in internationalem Umfeld auf Englisch und Deutsch
