Basé au siège financier du groupe, à Genève, le poste de Group FP\&A Controller \- Capex \& Corporate consiste principalement à superviser, analyser et piloter les investissements du groupe sous toutes leurs formes. Vous jouerez un rôle\-clé dans la gestion et l'optimisation des performances financières du groupe.

Notre client est un groupe international en forte croissance.

Acteur de référence dans son domaine, le groupe connaît une dynamique de développement soutenue et accompagne ses clients à travers plusieurs activités complémentaires. Dans un environnement international et multi\-entités, nous recherchons un(e) Group FP\&A Controller \- CapEx \& Corporate pour contribuer au pilotage financier et à la création de valeur du groupe.

Missions

Au sein de la Direction Financière Groupe, rattaché(e) au Directeur du Contrôle de Gestion du Groupe, vous intervenez au cœur des décisions stratégiques en assurant le pilotage des investissements, l'analyse de la performance financière et l'accompagnement de la direction dans ses prises de décision.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer le suivi et l'analyse des investissements du groupe ainsi que de leur rentabilité.
  • Évaluer la performance des projets d'investissement au travers d'indicateurs financiers (ROI, TRI, VAN, Payback).
  • Participer à la préparation des budgets, prévisions et reforecasts.
  • Construire et améliorer les reportings financiers et tableaux de bord destinés à la direction.
  • Analyser les écarts, identifier les risques et proposer des actions correctrices.
  • Accompagner l'amélioration continue des processus financiers et des outils de pilotage.
  • Réaliser des analyses stratégiques et études ad hoc à destination du management et des actionnaires.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation supérieure en finance, contrôle de gestion, audit ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum en FP\&A, contrôle de gestion industriel, audit, transactions ou finance d'investissement.
  • Une expérience préalable dans un secteur à forte intensité capitalistique constitue un réel avantage.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la modélisation financière et des outils d'analyse de données.
  • Solides compétences en élaboration budgétaire, prévisions financières et business cases.
  • Aisance dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau et capacité à challenger les hypothèses financières.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais.
