Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Global Accounting Teams in Bubendorf/BL suchen wir per sofort eine / einen Group Treasury & Corporate Finance Manager (a), 90-100%.

 

Sie unterstützen die Umsetzung der globalen Liquiditäts- und Finanzierungsstrategie der Bachem Gruppe. Sie stellen den Zugang zu Kapital sicher, steuern finanzielle Risiken und unterstützen das Management bei strategischen Entscheidungen rund um Finanzierung, Kapitalstruktur und finanzielle Steuerung des Konzerns.Ergänzend übernehmen Sie ausgewählte Aufgaben im Bereich Corporate Finance und Konzernrechnungswesen und unterstützen die Erstellung sowie Analyse der konsolidierten Finanzberichterstattung der Gruppe. Sie unterstützen zudem den Bereichsverantwortlichen Versicherungen und fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für Versicherungsfragen, Policen Management und Schadenfälle innerhalb der Gruppe.  

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

 

* Verantwortung für die kurz- und langfristige konzernweite Liquiditätsplanung  * Steuerung des Cash Managements der Gruppe, Weiterentwicklung der Cash-Forecasts und Treasury-Prozesse  * Überwachung der weltweiten Bankbeziehungen und Bankkonten  * Einführung eines Treasury Management Systems (TMS)  * Analyse von Fremdwährungs- und Zinsrisiken sowie Überwachung der Treasury Policy  * Betreuung des syndizierten Kreditvertrags  * Monitoring von Covenants und Finanzierungskennzahlen und Unterstützung bei zukünftigen Finanzierungstransaktionen * Unterstützung der Konzernkonsolidierung nach Swiss GAAP FER  * Mitarbeit bei Cashflow-, Finanzierungs- und Bilanzanalysen * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen Versicherungsportfolios  * Koordination von Schadenfällen  * Zusammenarbeit mit Brokern und Versicherern  * Unterstützung internationaler Versicherungsthemen    

Ihr Profil:  

  • Weiterführendes Studium in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder vergleichbare Ausbildungen 
  • Treasury-Zertifizierung oder Ausbildung von Vorteil 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Corporate Treasury eines internationalen Unternehmens 
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Cash Management, Finanzierung, Beziehungspflege mit Banken, Risikoanalysen 
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Konzernrechnungswesen und in Konsolidierungsprozessen 
  • SAP- und Treasury-System-Erfahrung von Vorteil 
  • Versicherungskenntnisse von Vorteil 
  • Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • Motivation, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und Veränderungen voranzutreiben
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
