Möchtest du Menschen mit psychischen Schwierigkeiten dabei unterstützen, ihren Alltag aktiv zu gestalten und soziale Kontakte zu pflegen?

Die Stiftung dreischiibe ist ein innovatives, gemeinnützig soziales Unternehmen. In unserem vielseitigen Dienstleistungs- und Gewerbezentrum in Herisau, St. Gallen und Flawil schaffen wir für Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung berufliche und persönliche Perspektiven an 220 Arbeits-, Ausbildungs- und Integrationsplätzen. Im Tageszentrum und im Begegnungszentrum fördern wir soziale Integration mit über 63 Besucherplätzen.

Das Angebot im Begegnungszentrum Broggepark in St.Gallen richtet sich an Menschen ab 50 Jahren mit psychischen Schwierigkeiten. Es dient den Besuchenden als Tagesstruktur mit der Möglichkeit, etwas zu erlernen, sich zu orientieren, Gemeinschaft zu pflegen und den sozialen Kontakt zur Aussenwelt zu erhalten.

Gruppenleiter/in Begegnungszentrum 60% ##

befristet bis Ende Februar 2028 ###

  • Du leitest und gestaltest selbstständig Angebote für unsere Besuchenden.
  • Dabei begleitest und unterstützt du Menschen mit psychischen Schwierigkeiten in ihrer Tagesstruktur.
  • Als Bezugsperson stehst du einzelnen Besuchenden unterstützend zur Seite.
  • Beim Mittagstisch begleitest du die Besuchenden und förderst den Austausch.
  • Neue Angebote entwickelst, planst und realisierst du gemeinsam mit dem Team.
  • Administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben runden dein Tätigkeitsgebiet ab. 

Dein Profil ###

  • Ausbildung im sozialen Bereich oder vergleichbarem Berufsfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit psychischen Schwierigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung kreativer und handwerklicher Angebote
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Leitung unterschiedlicher Angebote
  • Kenntnisse in der NADA-Ohrakupunktur von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Humor
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Redline
