Das erwartet dich

  • Du führst fachlich und personell eine Gruppe der Instandhaltung von 8 bis zu 12 Mitarbeitenden
  • Du stellst die fachtechnisch korrekte Instandhaltung der SOB-Schienenfahrzeuge unter Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher
  • Du entwickelst Abläufe, Betriebsmittel und Prozesse innerhalb der Gruppe unter Einbezug gängiger LEAN-Methoden weiter
  • Du planst das Personal gemäss AZG
  • Du stellst die Aus- und Weiterbildung innerhalb des Teams sicher
  • Du pflegst eine aktive Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Bereichen innerhalb der SOB

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrik oder Mechanik, idealerweise mit Weiterbildungen in diesen Berufsgruppen
  • Du verfügst über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld (idealerweise Instandhaltung)
  • Du bist eine zielorientierte, belastbare Führungspersönlichkeit mit Organisationsfähigkeit und konstruktivem Durchsetzungsvermögen in einer dynamischen Umgebung
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen mit selbstständiger Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit komplexe Herausforderungen verständlich zu kommunizieren
  • Du bist ein empathischer, initiativer und loyaler Teamplayer
  • Du hast IT-Affinität, Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft für fünf bis sieben Wochenendschichten/Jahr mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Lean Methoden
