**Deine Aufgaben**

* Du führst dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch (inkl. Rekrutierung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Zielvereinbarungen, Mitarbeitergespräche und Budgetverantwortung). Dabei förderst du eine offene Feedback-, Lern- und Leistungskultur * Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines professionellen IT Service Operations in Bezug auf Prozesse, Methoden, Tools und Governance * Du stellst die qualitativ hochwertige, stabile und kosteneffiziente Erbringung unserer Infrastruktur-, Cloud-, Workplace- und Applikationsservices über den gesamten Lebenszyklus sicher * Du steuerst und koordinierst unsere externen IT-Service-Provider, führst Service Reviews durch, überwachst die vereinbarten Leistungen und leitest kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmassnahmen ein * Du unterstützt dein Team aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft

**Dein Profil**

* Du hast ein Studium in Informatik abgeschlossen (oder vergleichbar) und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb (Infrastruktur, Cloud, Workplace) mit * Du hast bereits erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und verstehst es, Teams zu motivieren, weiterzuentwickeln und erfolgreich zu führen * Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im IT Service Management (idealerweise nach ITIL) sowie in der Steuerung von externen IT-Dienstleistern und Outsourcing-Partnern * Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst lösungsorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für Ergebnisse und Servicequalität * Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige und initiativ geprägte Arbeitsweise sowie durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten * Kunden- und Serviceorientierung stehen für dich an erster Stelle, gleichzeitig verfügst du über die notwendige Durchsetzungsstärke.
