Das erwartet dich

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung deines Teams inkl. Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Maschinenrevisionen, Reparaturen, Umbauten sowie technischen Verbesserungen an Produktions- und Infrastrukturanlagen
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen zur Sicherstellung der Betriebssicherheit
  • Untersuchung und Optimierung von Produktions- und Prozessabläufen nach Lean-Management-Methoden wie 5S und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Leitung von Produktions- und Investitionsprojekten von der Planung bis zur Übergabe an die zuständigen Abteilungen
  • Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Projektdokumentation sowie Erstellung von Reportings für die Bereichsleitung
  • Durchführung interner und externer Schulungen sowie aktive Förderung des Wissenstransfers im Unternehmen

Unser Kunde wünscht

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Mechatroniker oder Industrieelektriker, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine fachliche oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktion, Instandhaltung sowie im technischen Projektmanagement
  • Bereits gelebte Führungsverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Entscheidungsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchhaltevermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten und echten Teamgeist
  • Vernetztes Denken und starkes technisches Verständnis zur nachhaltigen Prozessoptimierung
