Bei uns übernimmst du die fachliche Führung eines engagierten Infrastruktur\-Teams, arbeitest operativ an modernen Technologien mit und bringst deine Ideen in spannende Digitalisierungs\- und Infrastrukturprojekte ein. Für unseren Standort am Sihlquai in Zürich suchen wir eine innovative Persönlichkeit als Gruppenleitung IT Betrieb 80\-100% (m,w,d) Deine Aufgaben Fachliche und Personelle Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres dreiköpfigen Infrastruktur\- und Plattformteams. Sparringpartner des Leiters IT und des IT\-Architekten bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer IT\-Landschaft und der Digitalisierung. Rund 60 % deiner Tätigkeit arbeitest du als Engineer und realisierst technische Lösungen in den Bereichen Infrastruktur, Cloud, Virtualisierung und Modern Workplace. Planung, Leitung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten – von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung. Verantwortung für das Lifecycle\-Management unserer IT\-Infrastruktur sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung. Evaluierung und Einführung neuer Technologien sowie Optimierung bestehender Plattformen und Prozesse. Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Betrieb und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen bei Engpässen. Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsfähigen IT\-Betriebs. Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ (Plattformentwicklung oder Systemtechnik), ein Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT\-Infrastruktur, Systemadministration oder IT\-Betrieb. Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung, Koordination oder Leitung eines kleinen Teams ist von Vorteil. Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Infrastruktur\- und Cloud\-Technologien. Erfahrung mit Kubernetes\-Clustern sowie Virtualisierungslösungen, idealerweise Proxmox VE. Erfahrung mit Backup\- und Recovery\-Lösungen. Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen. Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist. Erfahrung in der Planung, Priorisierung und Koordination von Infrastruktur\- und Betriebsaufgaben. Darauf kannst du dich freuen Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und kurze Entscheidungswege.
