Wir suchen eine Gruppenleitung schulergänzende Betreuung (SEB) 50 - 60% Per 01.01.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung Die Schulergänzende Betreuung (SEB) in Münchenstein ist ein modernes, lebendiges Angebot für Kindergarten- und Primarschulkinder an den Standorten Lange Heid, Löffelmatt, Loog und Neuewelt. Wir entlasten berufstätige Eltern und bieten den Kindern einen Ort zum Wohlfühlen mit einem ausgewogenen Mittagstisch, kreativer Freizeitgestaltung, Hausaufgabenbetreuung sowie abwechslungsreichen Ferientageslagern.   Deine Rolle bei uns als Gruppenleitung Verantwortung tragen: Mit Herz und Leidenschaft leitest Du eine altersgemischte Kindergruppe während des Mittagstischs und der Nachmittagsbetreuung (Montag, Dienstag, Freitag von 11:00 Uhr bis 14:00 / 18:00 Uhr und Donnerstag von 11 Uhr bis 15.30 Uhr). Betreuen & Begeistern: Gemeinsam mit Deinem engagierten Team schaffst Du eine positive, angenehme Gruppenatmosphäre und begleitest die Kinder bei einer bedürfnisgerechten Freizeitgestaltung. Organisation: Du stellst eine professionelle Betreuung sicher und bringst Dein Fachwissen lösungsorientiert in den Alltag mit ein. Du arbeitest eng mit Deinem Team und den Eltern zusammen. Tageslager: Während maximal sechs Wochen im Jahr bringst Du Dich mit Engagement in unseren abwechslungsreichen Ferientageslagern in den Schulferien mit ein. Das bringst Du mit Fundierte Basis: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) Fachrichtung Kinder, Sozialpädagogik HF oder eine vergleichbare (sozial-)pädagogische Grundausbildung. Fachwissen: Du bringst eine langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern und idealerweise als Gruppenleitung mit. Weiters besitzt Du ein klares, professionelles Rollenverständnis als Führungskraft und Begleitperson im Team. Persönliche Stärke: Du bist belastbar, selbstständig, flexibel und behältst auch in lebhaften Situationen einen kühlen Kopf. Arbeitsweise: Du brennst für Deinen Beruf, bringst ein hohes Mass an Empathie für Kinder und Eltern mit. Eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine gesunde Prise Humor zeichnen Dich aus. Du bist ein Teamplayer, offen und wertschätzend - und hast Freude daran, gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen.
