Ihre Aufgaben Gebäudeunterhalt und Reparaturen * Ausführen von kleineren Umbauten, Ausbesserungen und Reparaturen * Durchführen von \-, Gipser\-, Maler\- und Maurerarbeiten im kleineren Umfang * Beheben von Mängeln in Wohnungen, Allgemeinbereichen und Technikräumen * Mitarbeit bei Renovationen sowie bei Wohnungsabnahmen und Wohnungsübergaben Betreuung der Liegenschaften * Laufende Kontrolle und Pflege der betreuten Liegenschaften * Bedienung und einfache Wartung von haustechnischen Anlagen * Erkennen, Melden und Mitkoordinieren von Störungen * Sicherstellen eines gepflegten und funktionierenden Erscheinungsbildes der Objekte Umgebungspflege * Pflege von Grünanlagen, Sträuchern und Rabatten * Rasen\- und Schnittarbeiten * Reinigung von Eingangsbereichen, Treppenhäusern, Kellern und Allgemeinflächen * Winterdienst und allgemeine Umgebungspflege Koordination und Zusammenarbeit * Begleitung und Kontrolle externer Handwerker und Fachfirmen * Ansprechperson vor Ort für Mieter, Eigentümer und Dienstleister * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Liegenschaftsverwaltung * Dokumentation und Rückmeldung zu ausgeführten Arbeiten und festgestellten Mängeln Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufslehre EFZ, beispielsweise als , , , etc. * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gartenunterhalt, in der Hauswartung oder im Bau\- und Handwerksumfeld * Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise * Praktisches Geschick und Freude am aktiven Anpacken * Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und freundliches Auftreten * Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Mietern, Eigentümern, Kollegen und Fachfirmen * Organisations\- und Koordinationsgeschick * Führerausweis Kategorie B * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Das dürfen Sie erwarten * Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit viel Eigenverantwortung * Ein vielseitiges Arbeitsumfeld mit unterschiedlichen Liegenschaften * Kurze Entscheidungswege und ein kollegiales Team * Moderne Arbeitsmittel und professionelle Unterstützung durch die Liegenschaftsverwaltung * Eine langfristige Perspektive in einem stabilen Unternehmen * Zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen Sie sind eine handwerklich versierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne selbstständig arbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und dort anpackt, wo es gerade nötig ist?
