Einleitung

Für eine etablierte Immobilienorganisation im Raum Zürich suchen wir eine verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit, die den technischen und infrastrukturellen Betrieb eines vielfältigen Immobilienportfolios sicherstellt. Sie übernehmen eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit viel Eigenverantwortung und tragen aktiv zum Werterhalt der betreuten Objekte bei.

Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemässen Betriebs der Gebäude, Anlagen und Aussenflächen
  • Durchführung von Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Ausführung kleinerer Reparaturen sowie Behebung technischer Mängel
  • Planung und Koordination saisonaler Arbeiten, einschliesslich Schneeräumung und Streudienst
  • Überwachung und Begleitung externer Dienstleister und Handwerksunternehmen
  • Kontrolle, Betreuung und Funktionsüberwachung der gebäudetechnischen Einrichtungen
  • Unterstützung bei Objektübergaben, Besichtigungen und Zustandskontrollen
  • erste Ansprechperson für Mieterinnen und Mieter sowie interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen
  • Mitarbeit bei Unterhaltskonzepten sowie bei der jährlichen Budgetplanung für Instandhaltungsmassnahmen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen rund um Immobilienbewirtschaftung und Technik

Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen, handwerklichen oder baunahen Umfeld
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Gebäudeunterhalt, Facility Management oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik, Wartung und Instandhaltung
  • selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft sowie angenehme Umgangsformen
  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B ein Muss
  • sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weiterbildung zum Hauswart:in mit eidg. FA
