  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Budgetierung, die Forecast-Erstellung sowie die strategische Mittelfristplanung der Rheinmetall Air Defence AG
  • Gewährleistung eines termingerechten, qualitätsgesicherten Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreportings
  • Tiefgreifende Analyse der Kostenstrukturen und der Ergebnisentwicklung zur Identifikation von Abweichungen und Treibern
  • Sicherstellung der lückenlosen Konsistenz zwischen Ist-, Forecast- und Planwerten Review und finale Freigabe von Management-Berichten, KPI-Analysen und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung
  • Sicherung einer hohen Datenqualität im ERP-System (SAP) sowie die konsequente Einhaltung und Überwachung von Controlling-Standards
  • Proaktive Identifikation von Effizienz- und Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb der Kostenstrukturen und operativen Prozesse
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Methoden, Kennzahlensystemen (KPIs) und modernen Reporting-Standards
  • Zielgerichtete Steuerung und Priorisierung von Ad-hoc-Analysen für das Management und angrenzende Fachbereiche
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, Transformationsinitiativen und Change-Prozessen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling (Universität, FH) oder eine vergleichbare höhere Qualifikation.
  • Langjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise mit ersten Führungserfahrungen oder als Senior Business Partner in einem international geprägten Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (insbesondere SAP) sowie MS Office (insbesondere Excel).
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz, starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes Auftreten als strategischer Partner des Managements.
