Einleitung

Dann erwartet dich eine Schlüsselrolle mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum. In dieser Funktion verantwortest du ein schweizweit tätiges Serviceteam und trägst massgeblich dazu bei, technische Lösungen erfolgreich von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme umzusetzen.

Aufgaben

In dieser Position sorgst du dafür, dass Serviceorganisation, technische Projekte und Kundenbetreuung optimal ineinandergreifen.

Dabei gehören unter anderem folgende Themen zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines eingespielten Teams von Servicetechnikern
  • Ressourcenplanung, Priorisierung von Einsätzen sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität
  • Weiterentwicklung moderner Servicekonzepte und langfristiger Kundenlösungen
  • Technische Unterstützung bei anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten und individuellen Lösungsansätzen
  • Begleitung von Projekten von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Installationen und Montagen
  • Definition und Optimierung technischer Standards, Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen, wenn dein Know-how gefragt ist

Profil

Du kombinierst technische Kompetenz mit Führungsstärke und verstehst es, Menschen zu motivieren sowie Kunden nachhaltig zu begeistern.

Idealerweise verfügst du über:

  • Eine technische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise im Bereich Automation, Mechanik oder Mechatronik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Service oder in einem vergleichbaren industriellen Umfeld
  • Praxis in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden oder Teams
  • Freude am direkten Austausch mit Kunden und internen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Entscheidungsfreude und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
