IPS Gebäudetechnik AG, ist ein etabliertes Schweizer Unternehmen für Gebäudetechnik mit rund 20 Mitarbeitenden und gehört zur europäischen bluu unit. Als Teil der bluu unit verbindet IPS die Dynamik eines Schweizer KMU mit den Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten einer wachsenden europäischen Unternehmensgruppe. Für den weiteren Ausbau in der Schweiz suchen wir eine unternehmerische und hands\-on agierende Persönlichkeit als Head of Finance. Dich erwartet eine Schlüsselrolle mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum, direkter Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und der Möglichkeit, die Schweizer Finanzstrukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Herausforderung

* Accounting, Reporting und Tax Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Accounting, Reporting und Steuern der IPS Gruppe (20 Mitarbeitende). Gemeinsam mit einer Mitarbeiterin im Backoffice stellst du eine zuverlässige Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR sicher. Du bleibst nahe am Tagesgeschäft: Du verstehst Debitoren, Kreditoren und Lohnbuchhaltung, prüfst bei Bedarf selbst eine Buchung im ERP und sorgst dafür, dass Abgrenzungen, WIP, Intercompany\-Themen und Mehrwertsteuer korrekt abgebildet werden. * Forecast, Cash und Liquidität Du entwickelst Forecasts sowie Cash\- und Liquiditätsplanungen und wirst für die Geschäftsführung zum Sparringspartner bei finanziellen und unternehmerischen Entscheidungen. Gleichzeitig bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für die Finance\-Organisation der bluu unit. * Transformation und Skalierung Du entwickelst Prozesse, Systeme, Datenstrukturen und Dashboards weiter. Bei zukünftigen Akquisitionen hilfst du mit, die Finanzprozesse neuer Schweizer Gesellschaften rasch zu harmonisieren und deren Geschäftsführungen als Finance Partner zu begleiten.

Ihre Qualitäten und Begabungen

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Treuhand\- oder Rechnungswesen und einer Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich oder Bachelorabschluss mit relevanter Praxis * Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Accounting und/oder Reporting/Controlling, idealerweise in einem unternehmerisch geprägten KMU\-, Wachstums\- oder Projektumfeld + Fundierte Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen nach OR sowie hohe Abschlusssicherheit bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen + Breites Finance\-Know\-how in Accounting, Konsolidierung, MWST und grundlegenden steuerlichen Fragestellungen + Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Cashflow\- und Liquiditätsplanung sowie Management Reporting + Gutes Verständnis für Controlling, KPIs, Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen sowie Projekt\- und Servicemargen * Hohe IT\-, AI\- und Datenaffinität sowie Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen und Excel; erste Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, Datenmodellen und/oder BI\- und Dashboard\-Lösungen von Vorteil * Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Finance\-Prozessen, idealerweise verbunden mit Digitalisierung und Automatisierung * Hohe Eigeninitiative und der Anspruch, Themen selbstständig zu erkennen, Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen * Freude daran, Prozesse zu gestalten und über das Tagesgeschäft hinauszudenken * Klare, pragmatische Kommunikation und ein unternehmerisches Mindset * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
