In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für sämtliche Finanzthemen der Unternehmung sowie die kaufmännische Führung verschiedener Immobiliengesellschaften. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem CEO, Investoren sowie den Bereichen Projektmanagement und Akquisition zusammen und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Entwicklung unserer Immobilienprojekte. Ihre Aufgaben Finanzielle Führung der Unternehmung Fachliche und personelle Führung der Bereiche Finanzen, Controlling und HR Unterstützung des CEO bei finanziellen und strategischen Fragestellungen Verantwortung für Buchführung, Jahresabschlüsse sowie Liquiditäts\- und Budgetplanung Führung des VR\-Sekretariats Steuerung und Koordination externer Partner wie Treuhänder und Steuerexperten Kaufmännische Führung von Immobiliengesellschaften Kaufmännische Geschäftsführung mehrerer Immobiliengesellschaften und Investitionsgefässe Gründung und Strukturierung von Gesellschaften Ansprechpartner für Investoren in finanziellen und administrativen Belangen Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Projekt\- und Gesellschaftsreportings Verantwortung für Jahresabschlüsse, Finanzplanung und Liquiditätsmanagement Transaktionen und Projektentwicklung Erstellung anspruchsvoller Wirtschaftlichkeits\- und Investitionsrechnungen Begleitung von Immobilientransaktionen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams Projektentwicklung und Akquisition Mitarbeit bei der Gewinnung neuer Investoren Ihr Profil Für diese Funktion suchen wir bewusst eine Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Immobilien\-Projektentwicklung oder im Immobilien\-Investmentbereich.
