Unser HR\-Team verantwortet die personalbezogenen Themen für rund 400 Mitarbeitende in den Regent Gesellschaften in der Schweiz, Deutschland, Italien und Frankreich und unterstützt darüber hinaus unsere Gruppengesellschaft in Serbien. Insgesamt beschäftigt die Regent Gruppe rund 600 Mitarbeitende. Unterstütze uns als

Regent Lighting mit Sitz in Basel beschäftigt rund 600 Mitarbeitende in sechs Ländern, ist Marktführer in der Schweiz und einer der führenden Leuchtenhersteller in Europa. Über Distributionspartner werden unsere Produkte international in 35 Ländern vertrieben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst das HR\-Team mit zwei Mitarbeitenden und verantwortest sämtliche HR\-Themen der Regent Gruppe in der Schweiz und international
  • Du berätst und unterstützt als Business Partner die Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitenden in allen operativen und strategischen HR\-Fragestellungen sowie in arbeitsrechtlichen und sozialversicherungstechnischen Themen
  • Du verantwortest die Schweizer Payroll sowie die Koordination und Kontrolle der internationalen Lohnläufe und Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Du erstellst und steuerst das jährliche Personalkostenbudget der gesamten Regent Gruppe und verantwortest die Umsetzung des Vergütungsprozesses
  • Du verantwortest und bearbeitest den gesamten Employee Lifecycle sowie das Absenzen\- und Case\-Management
  • Du leitest und begleitest HR\-Projekte und entwickelst unsere HR\-Prozesse und \-Systeme kontinuierlich weiter

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst mindestens über den eidg. Fachausweis HR und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren HR\-Leitungs\- oder Senior\-HR\-Funktion im internationalen HR\-Umfeld mit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht, im Sozialversicherungswesen, im Payroll und in der Abwicklung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Du verfügst über einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englisch\- und ösischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von HR\-Projekten sowie in der Weiterentwicklung von HR\-Prozessen und \-Systemen
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert, exakt und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Themen den Überblick
  • Eine belastbare und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit positiver
