Responsable IT, Digitalisation & Processus (h/f) #

Vos missions

  • Développement stratégique du paysage IT et des processus dans la région DACH
  • Développement du paysage ERP et système ainsi que l-intégration de nouvelles entités
  • Promotion de la digitalisation, de l-automatisation et de l-utilisation ciblée de l-IA
  • Harmonisation des processus métier avec un focus sur l-efficacité, la scalabilité et la rentabilité
  • Gestion, encouragement et développement des collaborateurs sous votre responsabilité
  • Accompagnement IT des projets de fusion-acquisition de la due diligence à l-intégration post-fusion
  • Représentation de l-organisation IT et processus dans les comités du groupe

Vos compétences

  • Diplôme en informatique de gestion, gestion d-entreprise, ingénierie économique ou qualification équivalente
  • Expérience de longue date en management dans une organisation internationale avec responsabilité IT et processus
  • Connaissances approfondies des systèmes ERP, architectures cloud et réseaux ainsi qu-une forte affinité pour la digitalisation et l-IA
  • Expérience en gestion des processus et du changement ainsi qu-en intégration post-fusion
  • Force stratégique, orientation pragmatique vers la mise en œuvre et communication claire et engageante
  • Esprit entrepreneurial avec un sens de l-efficacité, de l-analyse coûts-bénéfices et des résultats durables
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l-allemand et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers ; la connaissance du français est un atout
