Wir sind Taucherli – Premium Swiss Chocolate AG. Wir lieben richtig gute Schokolade, aussergewöhnliche Ideen und Menschen, die etwas bewegen wollen.

Damit noch mehr Menschen in den Genuss unserer Schoggi kommen, suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine kreative, unternehmerisch denkende und verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit als Head of Marketing \& .

Ob 50 % oder 100 % – für uns zählt die richtige Persönlichkeit! Je nach Pensum und deinen Stärken setzen wir unterschiedliche Schwerpunkte.

Bei uns erwartet dich kein langweiliger Marketingjob mit endlosen PowerPoint\-Präsentationen. Sondern eine vielseitige , in der du Ideen nicht nur entwickelst, sondern auch selbst umsetzt.

Deine Mission: Make Taucherli irresistible!

Marketing mit Köpfchen und Geschmack

  • Du entwickelst kreative Marketingstrategien, Kampagnen und Aktionen, die unsere Marke und unseren Umsatz voranbringen.
  • Du planst und verantwortest unser Marketingbudget und setzt es wirkungsvoll ein.
  • Du bringst frischen Wind in unsere Social\-Media\-Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn und Facebook) und kreierst Content, der Lust auf Schoggi macht.
  • Du begeisterst unsere B2C\- und B2B\-Kundschaft mit Newslettern, die tatsächlich geöffnet werden.
  • Du organisierst Marketingaktivitäten, Events und Messeauftritte.

Digital Marketing \& E\-Commerce

  • Du betreust unsere Website und unseren Webshop und entwickelst beide kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du optimierst unsere Sichtbarkeit mit SEO, SEA und cleveren Google\-Ads\-Kampagnen.
  • Du analysierst unsere Online\-Performance, verstehst die Zahlen hinter den Klicks und leitest konkrete Massnahmen ab.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass aus Website\-Besuchern begeisterte Schoggi\-Kundinnen und \-Kunden werden.

\& Business Development

  • Du unterstützt uns dabei, neue Firmenkunden, Hotels und spannende B2B\-Partnerschaften zu gewinnen.
  • Du pflegst bestehende Key Accounts und entwickelst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Du erkennst neue Verkaufschancen und hast Freude daran, Türen zu öffnen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Agenturen, externen Partnern und unserem Team zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige, ausgewiesene Erfahrung in Marketing und , idealerweise im FMCG\-, Food\-, Lifestyle\- oder E\-Commerce\-Umfeld.
  • Einen kreativen mit ausgeprägtem Gespür für Marken, Design und Storytelling.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verkaufsflair und ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, insbesondere mit Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, SEO und Social Media.
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit gängigen Marketing\- und Design\-Tools.
  • Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten – du bist jemand, der nicht nur Ideen hat, sondern sie auch umsetzt.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Eine unkomplizierte, positive Persönlichkeit mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität und einer ordentlichen Portion Humor.

Und ganz wichtig: Du musst nicht alles können. Aber du solltest neugierig sein, schnell lernen und Lust haben, gemeinsam mit uns etwas aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.
