Du begeisterst Menschen für Technik und verstehst es, ein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln? Als Head of Partner Coaching übernimmst du die Führung unseres Partnercoach\-Teams in der Schweiz. Gemeinsam unterstützt ihr unsere Partner dabei, erfolgreiche Projekte mit intelligenter Gebäudeautomation umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

\* Du führst unser Partnercoach\-Team fachlich und personell und sorgst für klare Ziele, Prioritäten und eine gute Zusammenarbeit. \* Du coachst und motivierst deine Mitarbeitenden, erkennst ihre Stärken und unterstützt sie gezielt in ihrer Entwicklung. \* Du organisierst das Tagesgeschäft und stellst eine kompetente, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Betreuung unserer Partner sicher. \* Du unterstützt gemeinsam mit deinem Team unsere Partner bei Fragen zu Planung, Installation, Konfiguration und Verkauf von Loxone\-Lösungen. \* Du baust langfristige Partnerbeziehungen auf und erkennst Möglichkeiten, unsere Partner technisch und geschäftlich weiterzubringen. \* Du übernimmst Verantwortung bei anspruchsvollen technischen Fragen und herausfordernden Kundensituationen. \* Du entwickelst Abläufe und Beratungsqualität weiter und arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing und den technischen Fachbereichen zusammen.

Voraussetzungen

\* Eine technische Ausbildung, idealerweise in Elektrotechnik, Gebäudeautomation oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. \* Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams, vorzugsweise in der technischen Beratung, im Support oder im Vertrieb. \* Eine extrovertierte, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit: Du gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu, kommunizierst offen und kannst andere begeistern. \* Eine motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit: Du gibst Orientierung, hörst zu, vermittelst konstruktives Feedback und förderst Eigenverantwortung. \* Technisches Verständnis, unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, gemeinsam mit Partnern passende Lösungen zu entwickeln. \* Organisationsstärke, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und einen souveränen Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Situationen. \* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. \* Loxone\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus. Entscheidend ist deine Bereitschaft, dich intensiv in unsere Technologie einzuarbeiten.
